Shrimp Ceviche

Diamond Adventure

As you are transported seaside to the famed Turtle Inn, located in Placencia, Belize, learn to make a fresh and tropical ceviche. Pair it with Diamond Collection Rosé.


  • 1 pound of peeled, chopped shrimp
  • 2 cups of diced ripe tomatoes
  • 1 cup of diced white onions
  • ½ cup of chopped cilantro
  • 1 cup of fresh, squeezed lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Tortilla chips


Place the chopped shrimp in a large bowl, then add tomatoes, onion, cilantro, lime juice plus salt and pepper to taste. Mix well and serve with tortilla chips and a glass of Diamond Collection Rosé!
