12 Days of Coppola Cocktails
In celebration of the holiday season, we asked twelve different at home bartenders to craft their very own Coppola cocktails that each feature one of our Family Coppola wines as well as one of our Great Women Spirits. Check out this recipe from Christopher Leland (@housepoured).
“Toasted rye, walnut and vanilla from the whiskey mingle with tropical notes and stone fruit from the chardonnay. Pear eau de vie gives the drink a taste of the holidays while honeyed sweetness and spice ties it all together. The sip is bright and smooth, easily approachable any time of year, but all the more perfect when it’s blustery out” - Christopher Leland
Ingredients:
- 1 oz Dorothy Arzner Straight Rye Whiskey
- 1.5 oz Diamond Collection Pavilion Chardonnay
- .75 oz Pear Brandy
- .5 oz cinnamon honey syrup
- Barspoon marmalade
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Recipe:
- Stir all ingredients with ice and fine strain into a Nick and Nora glass. Garnish with a cocktail cherry.
